Program Description

In Greenwich, Connecticut, ANTIQUES ROADSHOW experts look forward to a variety of exciting items brought in from homes all around Connecticut's "Gold Coast," Fairfield County. Host Chris Jussel visits the Bush-Holley House, built in 1732,headquarters and emblem of the Greenwich Historical Society. Perhaps one of the most renowned country towns in America,Greenwich goes back over three-and-a-half-centuries, from its beginnings as a fishing and farming community to its more recent history as an upscale suburb of New York City. At the Old Greenwich Civic Center, ANTIQUES ROADSHOW appraisers look at a wide variety of objects, including a 60-year-old New York Yankees homerun baseball and an unusual collection of European maps.
