Heating Oil Costs Crude oil prices rose above $97 a barrel today. This rise in oil costs has an affect on home heating oil which my cost an average of $1,785 for the winter, according to the US Department of Energy.

High Condo Assessments Condo owners at Harbor Towers on Boston's waterfront are up in arms after getting faced with a condo fee ranging from $70,000 to $400,000, due in full at the end of November.
