There's no denying that appearance does count. BODYWATCH looks at the many ways people attempt to improve their images, including plastic surgery, deep massage, weight lifting and aerobic exercise. The program examines the revolution in exercising as it's changed from violent and weight-bearing to softer, aerobic-based. BODYWATCH also examines the vast array of exercise alternatives that confronts consumers. Bob Paris, a former Mr. Universe, shares his personal lifetime quest to sculpt the perfect body.
