- Program Description
The fitness boom has left behind a lot of people who got discouraged or injured attempting to keep up with the standards set by athletes. New studies show that fitness benefits can actually be achieved with less exercise, and many fitness experts are beginning to advocate a more moderate approach to working out. The program shows viewers how to calculate daily calorie expenditures while boosting themselves through routine activities. BODYWATCH also surveys the latest hazard-free forms of exercise, including low-impact aerobics, dance and speed walking.
