- Series Description
Hosted by Eric Sevareid. ENTERPRISE's pioneering use of the "case study" approach to business documents high level decisions as they are taking place in the executive boardrooms. ENTERPRISE deliberately shows decision making processes as they occur. Business is treated as a human endeavor rather than an economic phenomenon. It goes beyond the statistics and charts to show real people making critical decisions and then bearing the consequences. ENTERPRISE benefits from the expertise of the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration (as Harvard professors act as advisors to each program.) Ex Prod: Zvi Dor-Ner / Each individual episode has different producer Series release date: 10/1981
- Program Description
Hosted by Eric Sevareid. Terri Gibbs, a 28 year old, award-winning country-and-western singer who is trying for her second hit album and superstardom. To achieve this her record must make the Top 10 on the CW charts then "cross over" to pop. EP follows Gibbs' manager, her promoter, her music publisher and her record company, doing everything they do to try to make a hit. Once her single is released, Gibbs' record company carefully tracks its progress on ticker tapes of the music business, the Billboard and Cashbox record charts. Behind these figures is a talented, charming, young blind woman who is dedicated to the music business.
NOTE: Updated and rebroadcast during the third season as program 319.
