Panel is moderated by Abram Chayes, Professor of Law, Harvard University; panelists are: Dr. Hudson Hoagland, Executive Director of the Worcester Foundation for Experimental Biology; Orville Freeman, United States Secretary of Agriculture; Dr. Leona Baumgartner, Special Advisor to the Agency for International Development, United States Department of State, and visiting professor at Harvard Medical School; Dr. Nevin Scrimshaw, Professor and Head of the Department of Nutrition and Food Science at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). 1967.
