Program Description

Guest conductor Leonard Slatkin, music director of the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra, conducts the Boston Pops Orchestra in a performance of Gershwin's, "Rhapsody in Blue," featuring piano soloist John Browning. Jazz giant Dave Brubeck performs his compositions "Summer Music" and others. Also included is a tribute to Leonard Bernstein with selections from "On the Town."
