The Boston-based Victory Garden (w/ Roger Swain) is located at a private residence; Victory Garden South is at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, Georgia; Victory Garden West is at Roger's Garden Center in Corona del Mar, California. Peter Seabrook tours the island of Grenada, focusing on their nutmeg crop and how they are processed. Marian gets a demonstration of how "oil down" is made, by a local chef. Back at the suburban garden, Roger talks about leaf mulch and soil enrichment.
