- Program Description
The story of a small town on Cape Cod and the filing of an Indian Land claim suit that set off a controversy about land use and development. Longtime members of the community tell their stories from their various sides of the conflict. The economy of this divided town was brought to a standstill for the two years surrounding the suit in which the Wampanoag Indians were mandated to prove their existence as a tribe.
