Note to You, A; Finland

In Finland, music has always held magic powers. As the legends were told, musicians created a deep, brooding backdrop for the stories. Jan Sibelius continued in this musical tradition, and gave Finland its national voice in the 19th century. Virginia Eskin takes a musical trip to Finland today on ANTY.
