Note to You, A; Ballet Music And The 20th Century

11/14/1999

Ballet and the great music it inspires. When you have ballet dancers on their toes, you can’t just compose whatever you want. We’ll examine the great ballet works of the 20th century and the problems of making dance out of music with the help of maestro Jonathan McPhee, conductor of the Boston Ballet.
